Spohn-co USA is attending the Concrete Masonry Hardscape Association's midyear meeting. Here I am at CMHA, sharing some face to face time with companies I represent. I am a sales partner for Automacad Inc. based out of Montreal, Canada & WASA Technologies of Germany because together they continue to tackle the best solutions for precision wet cast from molds to machine. This puzzle is taking shape, adding value to the industry piece by piece. We are committed to refining it, providing qualified flexible tools, treatments and always modular by design.The presentation and future of this industry is more interesting then ever. There is an awareness of flooding, fire, and CO₂ emissions. Concrete masonry products buy function have actually been addressing these issues all along, it is imperative to their design parameters. Concrete products have a passion for water mitigation and promote moving from pavement to pavers, consider the environment, and through process seeking to reduce the carbon footprint. Concrete products are fireproof and sustainable. Research projects show that segmental and smaller permeable paver installations compared to asphalt and pavement reduce flooding events, especially in urban areas. Yes, this is what we are talking about at these meetings. CMHA continues to lay the path to a better Landscape with Hardacape. Interlocking pavers, landscape products, concrete masonry units (CMU's), concrete slabs, manufactured stone veneer (MSV), segmental retaining walls (SRW's) and alternative masonry panels is a shortlist of the necessary products that are continuously evolving.
