This is one of our favorite meals and I love how quick and easy the instant pot makes these sandwiches. For a fraction of the price of getting take out, I can serve these delicious french dip sandwiches and give my family a great meal.

We love to make these for game day, parties, family dinner and really anything. They are so amazing and take hardly any effort at all.

The beef is so tender, the cheese just adds to it and that broth is amazing! You are going to love these!

You will need a pressure cooker to makeinstant pot french dip recipe.

I am using an8 quart Instant pot but you can use a 6 quart.I personally have anInstant Potand so far I am loving it.

Plus, my family loves it so much that they think it tastes like something from a restaurant. We all just love it!

The tender beef will melt in your mouth! We love to top with provolone cheese and it is just SO good!

Instructions

  • Place everything (except the rolls) in the Instant pot. Cover and set the valve to sealing.

  • Set the pressure for 60 minutes.

  • Do a quick release

  • Shred the beef.

  • Serve on toasted hoagie rolls. Top with provolone cheese.

  • You can melt the cheese under a broiler.

  • Serve with the juice and dip your french dip sandwiches into the broth.

Recipe Notes

You can take ¼ cup cornstarch mixed in with ¼ cup water. Stir that into the broth. Turn to sauté and stir until thicken so you get a nice thickened sauce.
