Azores Airlines is showing multi-city flights that allow you to fly to and visit both the Azores and Cape Verde for $766 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
While the Azores are a little more familiar to those in the Montreal area, Cape Verde is not a destination you hear too much about here in North America (Europeans are more familiar with it as a winter escape).
Cape Verde is an 'island country' (comprised of 10 islands) located around 600km off the west coast of Africa, known for it's tropical climate, beautiful beaches, and volcanic peaks.
It's pretty easy to travel between the islands of Cape Verde, with ferry services and domestic flights between most of them.
In April/May, the Azores have a high of around 17-19C, while Cape Verde is further south with highs of 23-26C.
You can also find regular roundtrip flights from Montreal to *just* Cape Verde for the same price. Or to *just* the Azores for $674 roundtrip.
Flights from Montreal to Cape Verde typically go for around $1100-$1400 roundtrip.
For stays under 30 days, Canadians do not require a visa for Cape Verde.
